Shipping Damage, Model Defects & Order Problems - We offer a 10 day time period after receipt of the order to inform us of order discrepancies, damages, or defects. If there is a mistake on our part or a noticeable manufacturer defect we will send you a shipping label to return the model(s) back to us (U.S. only), or if you are outside the U.S., we will credit you the return postage amount for regular airmail only with no extra services. There is no implied, nor expressed warranty by either First Class Airliners, Ltd. or the manufacturers on any of the models offered on this website, including but not limited to loose antennas, bubbles under the paint beyond 14 days of delivery to you, etc.

All models are checked to ensure that their parts are intact as assembled at the factory. Damages that occur after your order leaves here are covered only if you opted to pay the 5% insurance fee with us. This fee only covers a refund of the purchase price (not replacement, unless you wish to pay postage for it). Refunds are only approved after evidence of the damage is presented to us either by photo or the actual product arriving at our location. For non-insured merchandise, Jetway Models/First Class Airliners, LLC takes no responsibility whatsoever for any broken, loose or detached parts that may or may not result in damage to any merchandise received from Jetway Models/First Class Airliners, LLC. All returned items must be authorized by us via email first and sent back with appropriate packing material in the same manner that you received it from us.

Models are not returnable for 100% credit of model cost and postage for the following reasons:

1) Cockpit placement either too high or too low, however, crooked printing is considered a defect.
2) Missing or incorrect aircraft registration. Smudged, crooked or partial registrations are returnable.
3) Dragon Wings models arriving with gear fallen out since it is designed to be easily removed.
4) Detached or loose antennas on 1:200 models. These are easily reattached with a very small amount of water-based glue. Missing antennas will be mailed to you.
5) Wheels that do not turn or rotate even if they are designed to.
6) Missing fuel dump nozzles on the 1:200 models.
7) Small rub marks from plastic cradles not affecting printed areas. A pencil eraser will remove most rub marks.
8) Imperfections in clear coat that are not seen when the model is sitting on its wheels (ie - under the fuselage or wings).
9) Any issue that is not noticable under normal lighting and viewing conditions without a magnifying glass or spot lighting conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, light surface scratches that do not go through the paint. Scratches over printed areas would be returnable.

Lost Orders - U.S. domestic - If your order does not arrive within 14 days after we notify you that it was sent then please let us know. We ship all U.S. orders with delivery confirmation and we keep the info on hand for 60 days. If you wait longer than 30 days to notify us then we cannot help you in locating a lost package. If the package was insured then a refund will be processed for the model cost only after the 14 day mark. Neither postage fees nor insurance fees are refunded.

Lost Orders - Foreign - If you chose to have your package insured then we will file a claim on your behalf after the mandatory 30 day waiting period (USPS requirement). We will then replace the order with identical items, however, shipping charges will be added. A refund can only be issued if the package was insured. Postage is not refundable.

Order Cancellation - If you have received the product and decide you do not want part or all of it then we will accept it back if you send it back to us via the same shipping method and protection that you received it from us. The return must arrive here within 14 days from the date that you recieved the model from us. We will credit you the cost of the item(s) minus a 15% restocking fee.
