Payment Processing
Order payments are usually processed at a time close to the date that your order ships (at our discretion), except for models priced $75 or higher in which case payment will be processed within 5 business days of the order date regardless of when the model is actually available to ship. If an order for a model priced $75 or higher is at any time cancelled by the customer, then a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund due. No fee will be assessed if the customer chooses to substitute the cancelled model with another model priced at $75 or higher.
Model Defects & Shipping Damage Policies
Let us know within 10 days of receipt of your order if there is a mistake in the contents of your box, if there are any printing defects, or missing items. These issues will be rectified by us either by replacement or refund. All other issues, including but not limited to, loose or detached parts, or other issues resulting in model damage, are only covered if you chose to insure your order via the shopping cart 5% insurance 'tick box'. Insurance only covers item replacement or refund plus up to $10 in postage to send a replacement (if applicable). For non-insured merchandise, Jetway Models/First Class Airliners, LLC takes no responsibility whatsoever for any broken, loose, or detached parts that may (or may not be) a result of abusive handling by the shipping carrier or by poor factory quality control, including failed glued joints.
For order discrepancies, we will fix the problem as soon as possible at our expense either by product replacement or refund, including a return shipping label to send the bad item(s) back to us if in the U.S. For insured orders that sustain damage, evidence of the damage needs to be presented to us either by a photo via email, or after the affected model arrives at our location. Items being returned must be brought to our attention via email, and sent back using appropriate packing material and box. Lack of email communication or evidence of poor packing of a returned item will result in a 20% administrative fee deducted from any refund.
Beyond 14 days of delivery to you, there is no implied nor expressed warranty by either First Class Airliners, Ltd. or the manufacturers on any of the models offered on this website, including but not limited to loose antennas or glued parts that come loose.
For UPS shipments that arrive damaged, you must retain the box and the affected product and inform us within 5 days so we can iniate a claim with UPS.
Models are not returnable for a 100% refund of the model cost for any of the following reasons:
1) Cockpit placement either too high or too low, however, crooked printing is considered a defect.
2) Missing or incorrect aircraft registration. Smudged, crooked or partial registrations are returnable.
3) Variations in the clear coat or polished metal.
4) Dragon Wings models arriving with gear fallen out since it is designed to be easily removed.
5) Detached or loose antennas on 1:200 models. These are easily reattached with a very small amount of water-based glue. Missing antennas will be mailed to you.
6) Wheels that do not turn or rotate even if they are designed to.
7) Missing fuel dump nozzles on the 1:200 models.
8) Surface imperfections that are not visible when the model is displayed on its wheels or a stand. This includes but is not limited to, inside of wheel wells or C-17 cargo compartments, variations in the clear coat or polished metal, small amounts of excessive glue, or very light rub marks.
9) Any issue that is not noticable under normal lighting and viewing conditions without a magnifying glass or spot lighting conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, light surface scratches that do not go through the paint. Scratches over printed areas would be returnable.
Lost Orders - U.S. domestic - If your order does not arrive within 14 days after we notify you that it was sent then please let us know. We ship all U.S. orders with delivery confirmation and we keep the info on hand for 60 days. If you wait longer than 30 days to notify us then we cannot help you in locating a lost package. If the package was insured then a refund will be processed for the model cost only after the 14 day mark. Neither the postage fee nor insurance fee will be refunded.
Lost Orders - Foreign - Only orders that are insured will be approved for refund, for the model cost only, once 30 days have passed without the order arriving to the shipping address. Neither the postage fee nor insurance fee will be refunded.

If we have shipped an order to you and decide that you do not want part or all of it then we will accept it back if you send it back to us via the same shipping method and protection that you received it from us. The total amount of the returned models (minus postage) can be used as credit only (no refunds). A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the model credit. The box must arrive here within 30 days from the date that you recieved the shipment from us. We will credit you 80% of the retail cost of the item(s) once they arrive here in the same condition as they left here.
