INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY: We do not use, sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third party or unaffiliated groups without your explicit permission, or with any companies for marketing purposes. Information you share with us will be held in a secure and private manner.

Please do not proceed with any order on our website if you are under 16, and/or are using another persons credit card. Please do not order from this website if you are buying a gift for anyone under the age of 12. Thank you.

Payment Processing & Refunds

Please note that completed orders are expected to be paid for at time of check-out. If you choose to cancel an order which is $50 or higher then there will be a 25% cancellation fee deducted from any refund due. If a purchased item, including any "Pre-Orders", cannot be fulfilled, the price of that item will be refunded or you may substitute your purchase for an in-stock item. 

If you request to return a model(s), please contact us with 30 days of receipt of the package to request a return. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted. The buyer pays for return shipping and once the item(s) are received by JetwayModels, we will inspect the models for quality and issue a refund within 5 business days to the payment type used during check-out, unless a different method is requested.

ADDRESS & ZIP CODE: To ensure a transaction is processed correctly, the credit card address AND zip code must match what the credit card company has on file in order for the order to be successfully processed. If these do not match and an error occurs during check-out, please take a minute to verify the information was entered correctly.

Coupon Codes: Coupon codes may become available at various time and can change without notice. Codes may be user specific and are NOT to be shared/distributed without the consent of  Failure to abide by the rules set forth in these policies may result in removal or account suspension.

Shipping Times

Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders are items that will arrive at some point in the future depending on manufacture production. The time table for production and shipping is unknown, therefore status updates on these models cannot be given. 

"Usually Ships": These items will normally arrive from the supplier and be shipped in accordance with the time frame listed under each item.  However, there may be delays to to supplier stock, back-order or discontinued status that may not have been known when the item was ordered.  If there is an unusual delay in the shipping of these items, you will be contacted.

Mixed Orders: These are contain items with multiple delivery time frames. Please keep this in mind when ordering to ensure your items arrive in the desired time frame.  If you do not want to wait for current items that may be mixed with future items, I kindly request that you create separate orders.

Overstock Items: These are models that are ready for immediate delivery and usually ship within 1 business day of the order being placed (Monday - Friday).

Shipping Methods

The following shipping options are available for orders placed in the United States: USPS (Express & Priority), Fedex (Overnight, Ground, Smart Post). Rates are available for each option by clicking the Shipping Calculator in the product listing page. Insurance options are available during checkout (please see Lost Orders - Domestic for complete insurance options). USPS Priority Mail (does not included First Class mail) provides $50 of default insurance while Fedex Ground and Fedex Smart Post offers $100 of default insurance. Smart Post utilizes both Fedex and USPS for package delivery (arrival time may be longer than USPS Priority Mail) and can only be insured up to $100. NOTE: If a FedEx Smart Post package is returned to us (the seller) due to an address error that was entered at check-out, the return postage fee will be assessed to the customer (buyer). 

For International Orders, including Mexico and Canada, only USPS will be a valid shipping method. USPS shipping methods include: Express, Priority and in some cases (depending on package weight) First-Class. See Lost Orders - International for a complete details on each method. Please be sure to enter the full and exact shipping information to ensure your package arrives at the correct location.  Special shipping requests or unique address lines should be sent to for review.

Free Shipping Items

Free Shipping Items: Item(s) marked with Free Shipping or promotional free shipping sales apply to Domestic orders only (48 contiguous states), with the shipping method chosen by Top Flight Models. For Alaska, Hawaii and International orders, including Canada and Mexico, a follow-up correspondence will occur to query the buyer's shipping preference. A separate credit card charge/PayPal invoice will then be billed for the desired shipping method.  Please refer to the "Lost Orders - Foreign" for any questions regarding types of shipping/insurance/tracking available.  

Model Defects & Shipping Damage Policies

Please inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order if there is a mistake in the contents of your box, or if there are any model defects. These issues will be rectified either by replacement of the model or part (such as small wheels) or a refund once the defective product has arrived back to us. All other issues including, but not limited to, loose or detached parts, or other issues resulting in model damage or loss, are only covered if you chose to insure your order via the shopping cart insurance option.

For non-insured merchandise, Jetway Models/Top Flight Models takes no responsibility whatsoever for any broken, loose, or detached parts that may (or may not be) a result of abusive handling by the shipping carrier, customs inspections, lack of factory quality control (including poorly glued joints that might fail) or model box design. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Top Flight Models / are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss, damage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier except in the case that the order was insured via our website shopping cart insurance option (see below for Risk of Loss statement).

For insured orders only, evidence of damage needs to be presented either by a photo via email, or after the affected model arrives at our location. Items being returned need to be shipped here using appropriate packing material, box and by the same shipping method that the product was sent.

Beyond 14 days of delivery to you, there is no implied nor expressed warranty by either Top Flight Models or the manufacturers on any of the models offered on this website, including but not limited to loose antennas or glued parts that come loose.

For FedEx shipments that arrive damaged, you must retain the box and the affected product and inform us within 5 days so I can initiate a claim with FedEx.

Models are not returnable for 100% refund for any of the following reasons. If you do not wish to keep the item then a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund due once the item(s) arrive here in the same condition that they left here. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

1) Cockpit placement either too high or too low, however, crooked printing is considered a defect.
2) Missing or incorrect aircraft registration. Smudged, crooked or partial registrations are returnable.
3) Variations of the polished metal or the glossiness of the clear coat.
4) Wheels that do not touch (i.e. float) when the model is on a flat surface. Mostly limited to 1:200 747s. 
5) Detached or loose antennas on 1:200 models. These are easily reattached with a very small amount of water-based glue. Missing antennas will be mailed to you.
6) Wheels that do not turn or rotate even if they are designed to.
7) Surface imperfections that are not visible when the model is displayed on its wheels or a stand. This includes but is not limited to, inside of wheel wells or C-17 cargo compartments, variations in the reflectiveness of the clear coat, natural variations in polished metal, minute amounts of excessive glue, or very light rub marks.
8) Any issue that is not noticeable under normal lighting and viewing conditions without a magnifying glass or spot lighting conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, light surface scratches that do not go through the paint, or extremely minute dark rub marks from the plastic cradle (which will come off with an eraser). Scratches over printed areas would be returnable. 

Used Models, found in the "Pre-Owned Model" category are sold "as-is", including the box that the model is housed in. Used models are normally free of major defects but may have slight wear due to the "used" nature of the model.

Lost Orders - U.S. domestic - If your order does not arrive within 14 days after we notify you that it was sent then please let us know. We ship all U.S. orders with delivery confirmation and we keep the info on hand for 60 days. If you wait longer than 30 days to notify us then we cannot help you in locating a lost package. If the package was insured then a refund or exchange will be processed once 14 days have passed since the date that your order should have arrived at the destination. Neither the postage fee nor insurance fee will be refunded. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Top Flight Models / are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier except in the cases that you chose the insurance option during checkout on our website shopping cart. Orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail will have up to $50 free insurance coverage. Orders shipped by FedEx Ground/Smartpost will have up to $100 free insurance coverage. To get coverage for any higher amounts will require the selection of the insurance option during checkout.

Lost Orders - International - Only orders that are insured (Priority Mail ONLY) will be approved for refund, for the model cost only, once 30 days have passed without the order arriving to the shipping address. First Class is NOT insured and all orders shipped via this method cannot be returned or refunded if loss or damage occurs. Neither the postage fee nor insurance fee will be refunded. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Top Flight Models / are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Order Cancellation / Model Return -If you choose to cancel an order valued at $50 or more, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund due. If you chose to substitute the cancelled model(s) with another item then the deposit will switch to the substitute item(s) with zero cancellation fee.

If you decide that you do not want part (or all) of an order that you received from us, then please send it back by using the same shipping method and packaging that you received it. The total amount of the returned items can be used either as store credit here or refunded, minus a 25% restocking fee. The returned item(s) must be shipped from your location no more than 4 weeks from the date that you received the shipment from us, and arrive in the same condition that they were in when shipped from here to you. After 4 weeks any model that you do not want will be considered 'preowned' at which time I can offer to buy the model back from you at 30% below regular retail price.

Email Correspondence and Order Cancellation -If for some reason we need to contact a customer regarding an out of stock item or update to an order, the customer will have 15 days from the time the email was sent to respond, at which time the order may be cancelled and a refund given for the order total. It is the customer's responsibility to have an up-to-date email address attached to their profile in order to ensure timely and accurate communication between and the buyer. Cancellation of the order or failure to respond within 60 days will result in the product(s) will be returned to stock and listed for sale without a refund being given.
